The hotel was disappointing as the room didn't meet our expectations with its size, cleanliness and lack of space for prayer, but the friendly service and convenient location stood out positively.

I really liked the hotel's convenient location, being very close to Jonker Street and the riverfront. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant overall. However, the room size was a bit small for my liking and the noise from passing cars was noticeable at times.
